Beautiful earthenware tile. Designed and made by artist Kim van Dooren from NiewerWes. Hand-painted girl with a pearl earring. The matte lines you see are painted with a wax that burns in the oven, preventing the glaze (and gloss) from adhering. The tile has been in the oven for a 3rd time to bake the 24k gold.
